Founded in 2026, the Sleepy Pineapple is a family owned and operated small business offering short-term rentals, vacation stays and spa services as well as hosting events and meeting spaces. Located in the U.S. and Germany, our family caters to wedding parties, family reunions, graduations, anniversaries and lovers of historic charm and modern amenities.
John and Sven are the owners, renovators and hosts who started this ambitious project with help from family and friends. They met in 2022 at a backyard BBQ in Wiesbaden, Germany, and starting this business was their way of staying close with loved ones in both countries while preserving the historic and family homes that mean so much to them and their families.
